FAQs
The total cost is $4,000 per person (double occupancy). This includes:
✔️ 10 nights of accommodation in our private rooftop sanctuary in Giza
✔️ 2 meals per day (breakfast + either lunch or dinner)
✔️ All transportation and airport transfers
✔️ Guided excursions and entry fees to major cultural and historical sites
The following expenses are not covered in the tour price:
❌ Flights to and from Egypt
❌ Travel insurance (required)
❌ Visa on arrival ($25 USD)
❌ Extra meals, drinks, and tips
❌ Personal shopping expenses
To reserve your place, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid by July 10, 2025, for the Fall 2025 trip. Payment deadlines for later trips will be shared accordingly.
Since this is a philanthropic and cultural-focused experience, we require all participants to submit a Letter of Intent explaining their motivation for joining. This helps us ensure that travelers share the same respect and appreciation for Egyptian culture and traditions.
All participants must:

✔️ Sign a Travel Agreement, outlining the terms, conditions, and expectations for the trip.
✔️ Acknowledge and respect Egyptian cultural norms and traditions.
Failure to sign the required documents may result in cancellation of participation without a refund.
You will stay in a private 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom rooftop sanctuary in Giza, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat with breathtaking views of the pyramids. Twin-share rooms are standard, but single supplements may be available for an additional fee.
Some of the unique experiences you’ll enjoy include:
Live music and dance performances (Tanoura show, Zaar music event, etc.)
Visits to cultural sites (Grand Egyptian Museum, Saqqara Pyramids, Om Khoulsom Museum, etc.)
Hands-on learning with Assuit/Tally fabric artisans
Visits to a traditional Egyptian family home (Hara)
Daily breakfast and one additional meal (lunch or dinner) are included. Meals are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We can accommodate dietary restrictions upon request. Filtered water, tea, and coffee will also be available.
