That is exactly what this set is built for: four plyo boxes in black steel at 12" (30. 48 cm), 18" (45. 72 cm), 24" (60. 96 cm) and 30" (76. 2 cm). One athlete starts at 30 centimetres, another goes for the 76 without you hunting down boxes from three corners of the gym. Every plyo box carries a ribbed rubber plate on the landing surface that gives you grip when you
