Thymiopoulos Vineyards - Xinomavro Single Vineyard Kayafas 2020 Vegan feiner Mousse und frischen AromenXinomavro Single Vineyard Kayafas 2020 Kayafas is a premium dry red wine from Naoussa (PDO), made from 100% Xinomavro grapes from a vineyard over 40 years old near Trilofos. The vines grow on calcareous soils at an altitude of 180 meters, in a warm Mediterranean climate tempered by winds from the Vermio Mountains. The grapes were destemmed to 80%, fermented with wild yeasts, and macerated for 40 days to develop depth and structure. The wine then
